The Solution

A suite of print marketing collateral was designed to showcase the home’s unique architectural beauty and legacy. From brochures and postcards to print ads and outdoor campaigns, every piece of collateral was designed to let the architecture shine.
Clean layouts, understated typography, and full-bleed photography were used to reflect the structure’s modernist elegance. The result was a cohesive and striking campaign that balanced brand consistency with the unique prestige of the property.

The Brief

Eppich House II is an iconic West Vancouver residence designed by renowned architect Arthur Erickson. When the property was listed by rennie realtor Geoff Taylor, the marketing materials needed to reflect the architectural and cultural significance of the home — appealing to design-savvy buyers while maintaining a sense of sophistication and heritage.

While the brand guidelines of rennie were to be followed, the Eppich House II required a much more elevated and refined approach — one that matched the elegance and legacy of this high-end architectural masterpiece.
